Estimating, Material Yield & Quality Control
Two crews can spray with identical technique and get very different profit outcomes depending on how well the job was estimated and how consistently thickness and coverage are checked during and after the spray. This course exists to close that gap — it sits between the technical track and the business track deliberately, because estimating and quality control require both.
The course covers how to move from a set of building plans or an on-site walk-through to an accurate material and labor estimate, why theoretical yield numbers from a data sheet rarely match field yield exactly, and how to build a quality-control checkpoint process that catches thin spots or coverage gaps before the crew leaves the site.
